Learn What To Eat When Pregnant For Having a Near-Perfect Pregnancy

Hi, I want to discuss the topic of what to eat when pregnant. I am Karen Phoenix and I’m a fitness and nutrition coach and I have very recently had a baby. During my pregnancy,

I learned how I could not gain an unhealthy amount of weight, and have a healthy and happy baby. What I learned about what to eat when pregnant can help you have a near perfect pregnancy without the usual fat gain that allot of women suffer from. This information is ease, effective, and safe.

What I am about to show you works. I have proven it with my own pregnancy. Also it worked with my clients that wanted to learn what to eat when pregnant.

This process is very easy to follow. Just follow these three magical steps.

1. Know What Foods To Eat
There are certain foods that you really should consume that will provide the most nourishment for your child while not packing on the bad pregnancy fat. These foods will not give you all that extra weight even if you consume allot of them. So what foods am I talking about? Mostly foods that only have one ingredient like: chicken, steak, fruits, veggies, eggs, rice, butter, bacon, avocados, coconut oil, and sweet potatoes.

Nutrition Tips: The fat contained in an egg yolk are really great for helping to grow your baby's brain. Coconut oil is wonderful for eliminating pregnancy fatigue. There are many more of these foods.

2. Know What Foods That Are Unhealthy.
You will want to find out what foods can cause you to gain an unhealthy amount of weight and that are also very bad for your baby. Of course you are already aware that all the sugary snack and cakes are unhealthy, but there are other foods to keep away from.

Even foods marked as good for you like soy milk and other products. Soy can negatively affect your thyroid and also disrupts your regular hormone levels. You should also keep away from dairy products. They are maxed out with antibiotics and hormones. Now don’t be concerned about not getting enough calcium, you can get plenty of calcium from green veggies and almonds. And most importantly, keep away from all the foods that include a long list of chemicals and preservatives.

3. Know How To Combine These Foods
Learning what to eat when pregnant and combining the right kinds of good foods in such a way will fight morning sickness, fatigue, and other bad pregnancy symptoms. Most meals must at least have carbs, protein, and specific fats.
