Everyone's fitness journey will include some setbacks. Possible setbacks include an injury, a time of low motivation, or a personal problem that prevents you from exercising for awhile. The important thing is to recognize that everyone has such periods, and not to let them become excuses to stop exercising. If you need to take a break, do so but then begin again. Rather than let these issues stop you, resolve to find a way around them, as this is almost always possible to do.
