During my pregnancy, I used my experience with nutrition to learn all about what to eat when pregnant. I wanted my unborn child to be as healthy as possible, and I also did not want to gain tons of weight. I wanted to be get back to my pre-baby weight as quickly as possible after the birth.
So, trust me when I tell you that I know how you feel and I know what you are feeling. Let me show you how you can be healthy and have the best pregnant term possible. The first thing for you to do is to learn what to eat when pregnant.
Im sure you would love to learn how easy it is to keep your baby healthy and gain no more than 24 to 30 pounds during your pregnant term. You can also get your pre-pregnancy weight back within 7 weeks. It really is super easy. 1st, find out what foods you can eat that are healthy and taste awesome. 2nd, you need to completely stay away from the crappy and unhealthy foods. That’s it? Yep! So, lets start with talking about what foods you should keep away from you and your baby!
Keeping the nasty foods away from you and your baby is vital. Eating the wrong foods can damage your babys natural growth while in your belly. These unhealthy foods can screw up your unborn childs developmental stages. These foods can also make you gain lots of unhealthy weight that can cause other problems like gestational diabetes.
Now Im sure that you are already aware that little Debbie cakes and candies are unhealthy, but do you know about the foods that are labeled as health foods? Yeppers, they are also bad for you and your baby. Let me tell you why! Well I can assure you that its not the carbs or the calories that are making you unhealthy. Its not the saturated fats and sugars! It’s the preservatives and substitutes that are harming you and your unborn child.
Read the ingredients list on all of these foods that come in a bag or box and you will see what I am talking about. Research has proved that these chemicals completely play havoc on our bodies. So, what foods can you eat to promote a near perfect pregnancy?
Eat foods that contain only one ingredient. I know it sounds limiting, but trust me its not. Foods like: chicken, steak, vegetables and fruits, eggs, rice, butter, bacon, avocados, coconut oil, and sweet potatoes. Make sure that you do not cut down your calories, and don’t cut out carbs. You will do more harm than good.
Learning what to eat when pregnant can help you keep off all the extra unhealthy weight, and can also help fight crappy pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness and fatigue.
