• Discover What is Causing Your Pregnancy Food Cravings- Discover what brings about pregnancy cravings. Cravings are your body telling you about a nutrient deficiency. So, the worst thing to do is to give in to this indulgence and grab that junk food. Instead go for a healthy alternative.

• If it comes pre-packaged, than you should not put that into your body...or your babies body. All these packaged foods contain lots of chemicals that can potentially hurt your unborn baby.

• Get enough Omega 3. Womens bodies do not naturally produce Omega 3 and its important for your baby even after he is born. Studies have proven that babies that had Omega 3’s in their systems tested higher brain activity than those without.

• Get enough iron. Iron is what carries oxygen through your blood. Iron is also is important to help your baby build his red blood cells.

• Keep away from refined sugars. And of course, stay away from all of the substitutes. All refined sugars contain loads of chemicals and are all linked to lots of. This healthy pregnancy diet tip will help to keep your blood sugars normal to keep away gestational diabetes.

• Exercise While Pregnant. This is a very important healthy pregnancy diet tip. Get in 3 to 4 moderate intensity workouts through your term. This will help to keep your hormone levels at bay and kill your stress.
