It's good to see this article about exercise. Lord knows that Af Am women need to do more of this. I just went natural about 1 year ago and now exercising doesn't interfere with "my look!" Before going natural I never wanted to see a "curl" but only straight strands. Now, since I'm natura, perspiration doesn't get me bent out of shape...but I can stay in shape! @ourhairlooms
